Events & Meetups

Evergreen Overland LLC may organize or promote informal community meetups, gatherings, or events, which may be open to the general public or offered with early access or priority registration to ASB members.

These events are intended for social, informational, and community-building purposes only and do not constitute professional instruction, training, or guided activities.

Assumption of Risk

Attendance at meetups or events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to travel, vehicle operation, outdoor environments, and interactions with other participants. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Participant Responsibility
